must be enabled in your browser.

Many of our reports are provided in Adobe®
Acrobat® PDF format.
To test if your browser can display PDF files click on, Help->PDF
Reader Test.
This will display a PDF within a new browser window. If the page does not appear then you may need to download the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader - a free download from Adobe Systems Incorporated.
Some AGLC web pages are displayed in separate pop-up windows (i.e. Raffles Certificate page, Help pages). These pop-up windows may not open if your Pop-up Blocker security settings are too high.
In Internet Explorer, you may see something

To reduce your pop-up blocker's security level in Internet Explorer:
Click menu items, Tools -> Internet Options
Open the Privacy tab and in the Pop-up Blocker section click Settings
in the Pop-up Blocker Settings
window check the Blocking level.
If the blocking level is High: Block
all pop-ups you should reduce it to
Medium: Block most automatic pop-ups
