Calls for support should be directed to the EDS Help Desk.
The EDS help desk will forward the appropriate support calls to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Note that the AGLC, Licensing Division only provides support during normal business hours only.
On the Organization Search page occasionally an organization will have an eligibility status of "Registries - Contact AGLC". See, Organization Search for eligibility details. The Registry Agent will not be able to proceed with the issuance of a raffle licence until they have contacted Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC).
The Registry agent should contact AGLC, Licensing Division during normal business hours and they will determine if a Raffle licence may be issued. Once approval has been given by AGLC to proceed with the issuance of the raffle licence the Registry agent can reload (F5) the page and proceed with the service.
